Welcome to NEKD DESIGN SOLUTIONS, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and online storefront (the “Site”). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with the Site’s functionality, security, or availability. Unauthorized access to admin resources is strictly prohibited.
3. Product Descriptions & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and visuals are accurate. However, we do not guarantee the absence of typographical or system errors.
All products, pricing, and promotions may be changed without notice.
4. Customizable Products
Customizable or personalized products are made to order. Because these items are produced specifically for you, all customizable products are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of:
- Gross manufacturing defects
- Incorrect customization attributable to us
- Damage during shipment attributable to insufficient packaging
Customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy of uploaded artwork, text, or customization instructions.
5. Orders, Payments & Risk of Loss
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Orders may be cancelled at our discretion for suspected fraud, payment issues, or incorrect pricing.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.
6. Shipping Policy
We ship only within the United States.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for non-customized, unused, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery.
Customizable products are not eligible for return or refund, except as described under Section 4.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, images, logos, and product designs—is the property of NEKD DESIGN SOLUTIONS, LLC unless otherwise indicated. Magento 2–specific code customizations, modules, or theme assets created by the Company remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing.
