RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Customizable Products (Non-Refundable)

Customizable or personalized items are final sale. We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect customization submitted by the customer
  • Customer-provided design or text issues
  • Preference-based returns (color, size, or style changes)

We will issue a replacement or refund only if:

  • The customization differs from what you submitted
  • The product is defective or damaged
  • We made an error in production

2. Non-Custom Products

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Not damaged

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours.
